Eagles Summit – New England, July 12-14
“Doth the eagle mount up at thy command, and make her nest on high? 28 She dwelleth and abideth on the rock, upon the crag of the rock, and the strong place.” (Job 39:27-28)
Throughout scripture, the eagle has represented strength and insight. With keen eyes and what seems to be effortless power, the eagles soars above the storms and chaos on the ground. Often, he is beyond the sight of man; seen only by the eyes of God. It is no wonder that the prophets and sages have inspired believers through the centuries with the imagery of the eagle high on his summit or soaring above the clouds.
“But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.” Isaiah 40:31
Eagles Summit is an Apostolic Conference that seeks to capture this experience. Eagles Summit is a regional conference that is designed for an intimate gathering of 250-500 spiritual eagles. In this conference we do not seek to “pack the house” for numbers sake by bringing in “circuit conference speakers” or programs. Jesus is the only drawing card. Each speaker is prayerfully hand selected and is a representation of the five-fold ministry. In 1999, when God placed in conference founder Bishop John Arcovio’s heart the vision for Eagles Summit, John Arcovio also saw a natural vision of the hand of God coming down over the conference and covering the meeting. In each regional meeting, he has carefully sought to have this Apostolic Covering represented. We are drawn to the heights, find rest in the heavens, stretch our wings, catch the wind and soar in the Spirit.
With the gathering of Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors and Teachers, concentration of worship and freedom of operation of the Gifts of the Spirit, our experience will sharpen our sight, broaden our vision and give us hope for the future. In this atmosphere of intense pursuit for Him, we will truly find Him!
